LACMA MUSE ARTWALK PRIVATE LAUNCH

The annual LACMA Muse ArtWalk took place last Saturday with a private launch event filled with art, alcohol and meeeee! The event featured original work donated for auction by world-renowned street artist Retna (if you don’t know, now you know), live art installations by RETNA and sick pop-up galleries.

Admission to LACMA, the Architecture+Design Museum, and the Craft and Folk Art Museum is free during ArtWalk, plus more than twenty galleries and businesses on Wilshire Boulevard and La Brea Avenue are participating.

Walkers receive a sticker for all the museums and galleries they visit to place on their map, redeemable for prizes of original prints, catalogues, tote bags, foot massage gift certificates, museum admission tickets, and memberships from the ForYourArt space at 6020 Wilshire Blvd. So what are you waiting for?

-The Crowd at this art event was a mix of artists, hipsters, buyers and east siders.

-Louis Carreon strikes again!

-The event was supported by Fisker Karma.  If I were to get any car right now, it would have to be the all electric FK!

-Who needs Prince Charming?

-This huge mural across from LACMA featuring my two fave presidents was actually part of the Berlin Wall. So, if any of you know history, you’ll know why they were chosen to be part of it.

So amused with LACMA MUSE!

F*ck da po-lice!

Hi, Jollibee. Could I have a Chicken Joy, dalandan juice and a side of ass, please? SALAMATTTTT
